“Les Malins”, a contemporary brasserie located in Verdun and Hazmiyeh, delivers a new take on the French cuisine and brings together the multi-regional styles that make up the gastronomic landscape of the legendary culinary destination: Paris.
Being in the food market for more than 20 years, Fadi Frem, a Franco-Lebanese chef, and Aadnan Ramzey, a Moroccan-Italian chef, worked their magic in the French cuisine to deliver artfully prepping dishes.
